Rōze Traore is a chef, media personality and entrepreneur.
Mr. Traore is the creator of unique dining experiences for clients and iconic brands such as The New York Times, Veuve Clicquot, AMEX and Louis Vuitton.
As a child, Roze spent time recovering from open heart surgery as the result of a congenital condition. During this time, Rōze looked towards the kitchen as a place of healing and recovery, leading to his lifelong passion of the culinary arts.
At age 18, Roze packed up his knife kit and enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu. From there, he went to work in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world including Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad.
Inspired by the different cultures and flavors experienced during his lifetime of travels, Rōze has perfected a distinct ability to translate elements of elevated fine-dining into approachable techniques for the enthusiastic home chef.
Throughout his career, Rōze has made it his mission to help those of every socio-economic background, working to bring the pleasures of eating fresh, beautiful food to communities facing food insecurity.
